[the moment Mindy was gone, Jo grabbed her journal and started to head toward the castle. She would've run, but she was pretty sure it wouldn't have done anything at this point]
Mindy's been taken. I had her with me and Neal in the city, and up until ten minutes ago she was fine. I didn't see anything and Mindy didn't give me much of anything at all before she was gone. [she had to at least be sort of proud of the girl, that she didn't seem afraid, even with what she knew was going to happen]
I had the doors and windows salted, but... [she was sure none of them had been disrupted, but now that she was thinking about it she hadn't checked them all before she dashed out of there]
I'm headed back to the castle and should be there in five.
