Rebel 06

[Something was weird. It wasn't the castle's change in decor, and it wasn't the sudden appearance of crazy candy with ominous messages on them... but one thing that was weird was the fact there was a Jin in all pink wandering around. When he awoke for his birthday (and valentines day), he just felt... different. The feelings were foreign (unless ( Read more... )

Yay lateness! >.> onewordwarrior February 15 2011, 16:39:46 UTC
[Yeah the overabundance of pink? Not something she's enjoying. As if the castle wasn't already annoying enough, it decides there needs to be hearts and streamers and pink and white decorations everywhere and dammit Fujin wished she was a specialist in fire magic for a change. Not surprisingly when she sees Crazy Man In Pink arguing with his sword in her way in the hallway, she doesn't really try to change course or ask nicely for him to move.

Nope, she's just gonna angrily stomp by, and try to shove him out of the way if he doesn't move on his own. She needed some fresh air, not to mention a way to vent her anger other than a roaring rampage through the halls. So, training outside seemed like the logical solution, and that was where she was headed...]

Tch-!

[He stumbles when she shoves him, but he regains himself with ease and keeps to his feet. He turns and starts to glower in her direction, mouth opening to say something, but he ends up saying nothing and just staring.

Damn, chicks are hot when they're overly angry.]

[She really doesn't give Jin any attention at all as she shoves him, other than shouting a simple, concise message as she passes...]

MOVE!

[[Un]Fortunately she doesn't notice the staring, and just continues on down towards the lobby area. She'd take the elevator, but she...really, really didn't want to take the chance she'd be stuck in there with some lovestruck loser (no offense Jin!), so instead she's makin' for the stairwell.]

[He gives a frustrated growl, his hand gripping around his sword.]

'Excuse me' works wonders, you know.

[But now he's curious. So, when she's a good distance ahead, he'll be starting his stalking tactics, keeping a good distance behind her to find out just where she was going.]

[Oh yeah, that's totally ignored. If only because Fujin wants out of the castle, and she wants out yesterday. She doesn't even notice the fact that there's more than just her footsteps going down the stairs.

Once she's outside, she continues on into the outskirts of the forest outside the castle, removes the large and very pointy looking missile blade from her back, and begins hurling it at a large tree that already has several grooves carved into it from previous exercises. The projectile always spins back around and heads right for Fujin with each throw, and she easily catches it before repeating the cycle again.

Of course, given the noise the weapon makes with every notch it takes out of the tree, not to mention the saw-blade like sound it makes flying through the air whenever she throws it at a particularly high speed, it wouldn't be too hard for someone to creep closer.]

[At least following this woman seems it'd be easier than following the others, since apparently his stealth checks are always absurdly low. The pink must issue penalities to stealth...

Nerding aside, Jin still keeps a safe distance to try to prevent himself from being caught and observes the woman from a distance. He ducks down behind a tree - since luckily, being in a forest, that means more hiding places - and watches from around it. The weapon she wielded was certainly interesting, and if he were caught, that'd probably be used on him rather than the trees.

So, for now, there's a Jin watching from a distance. And he's certainly infatuated with this one.]

[She is, naturally, still oblivious to the presence of anyone watching her...and also tired of simply throwing the missile blade. The next throw is more of a gentle toss, but instead of just hitting the ground a foot in front of her the weapon lands on a cushion of air and began to rotate in place.

Once it's up to speed, and wailing like a buzz saw, it fires off to hit the tree and cut straight up, slicing it neatly in two before flying back down for Fujin to catch...sure she'd have to do a LOT of cleaning to get the sap off, but such was the price of keeping up in her training...]
