[Finally, after plenty of time just trying to get her bearing (and bumping into a few other people) Patchouli has FINALLY found the library.]

[Anyone there may see a girl in a strange pajama like outfit slowly fly around, looking at and gathering books from the shelves]

[Ahhhh, books]

[Felix is bringing back that book on flowers he borrowed. He milling around looking for the place he got it from but, dammit, this library is HUGE]

[Patchy floats down]

Excuse me, do you know where I can find a librarian?

[lord_wizard]

[Felix tilts his head at her. Well, it wasn't the first time he'd seen a girl floating in the library, but the flying itself was still a little strange to contemplate. He doesn't answer, though, merely smiles wryly, shrugging, and looks around as well. He's fairly sure by now that if there was a librarian, he would have seen them. Or it. Hard to judge in this place]

...don't tell me there isn't one?

[lord_wizard]

[He smirks, because he can't, then finally finds the book's spot and places it there. He's just doing it himself to be stubborn, but he figures the castle does it, because they all had to get in their places somehow. He gestures all around them to illustrate this point to the girl, though he doubts she'll understand that.]

[She doesn't. But she puzzles something out.]

Is there a reason you are not talking?

[lord_wizard]

[Felix nods, tapping his throat and making a tossing gesture. But having to explain this a lot means he's at least a little prepared. He has his journal in hand, which he opens up to reveal a few spare pieces of parchment. He holds one of for her that has "I AM ON A LOSS", scrawled in a slopping script]

[She reads it]

My apologies. This is...one of the strange occurrences that happen in this castle?

[lord_wizard]

[Felix nods politely again]

[witchoftheweek]

I see. [She gives a very long sigh.]

[lord_wizard]

[There is a short pause as Felix seems to think, regarding her curiously, then points to her and makes a flapping sort of gesture with his hands]

...the book or the flying?

[lord_wizard]

[He really was terrible at this. Felix sighs, slipping a pen out from the pages of his journal, and writes - "flying"

It has not really occurred to him that her book is unusual, considering where they are right now.]

Ah. I'm a magician. But that is common from where I am.

[lord_wizard]

[He tilts his head at her and writes again]

"Magicians always fly?"

Not only magicians. Priestesses and supernatural entities as well.
