I'm glad it wasn't, then. [he smiles] Oh, this? It's the Seal of Rassilon. Sort of a planetary symbol, where I come from. The High Council of Gallifrey adapted it for their own use.

Not that I think much of the High Council, it's just ... Well, you grow up seeing something everywhere and it embeds itself in your subconscious, just a bit. I was just idly scratching about, and it turned into that.

... Ha, your Dark Court is sounding even more like our High Council, now. It never ceases to amaze me, how many similarities lie between dimensions, here, despite the vast differences.

Kinda all in the day. You get used to seeing weird stuff and world shiftin' after a few years. 'Normal', Dark World, Item World...hell, there are so many Netherworlds and then there's the human world and the place angels live...
