[The day of the party arrives and everything is more or less set, though not as perfect as Felix might have hoped. But he's done is best to make do. Given the mood of the castle he hopes things will go well, but one thing good about being isolated up in this tower is that it also isolates them from a good amount of whatever insanity is going on elsewhere.
Anybody entering the circular lobby of the
headquarters will see the floor is left wide open, for dancing, perhaps, or just to get a good view of the intricate mosaic floor. The chandelier hanging above is strung with
streamers of cloth, making the whole room feel almost like a tent. The french doors at the far end are of course open, and although there is a still a lingering winter chill in the air, it doesn't seem to reach this high. Chairs are arranged on the small balcony outside. To the left of the balcony doors, inside the lobby, is a table full of a variety of drinks. In place of a human attendant, a ghost is hovering behind the table, ready to make any cocktails the guests might like. To the right is a long table full of hors d'oeuvres. There is the faint sound of violin music echoing inside, and anyone looking close enough might see another ghost hovering near the ceiling, playing steadily away.
The doors to the left and right are closed, but not locked and free to anyone who might want to explore, though at the moment there isn't much to see there. Felix will tell you as much when you arrive, of course, but he isn't exactly one to discourage curiosity.]
((OOC: Give me a minute to set up some sections! Alright, kittens, go nuts.))
