[There's a kitty in the lobby.

At this point, it wouldn't come as a surprise if said kitty was a resident. The hat gives it away to those who know him anyway.

Kite really isn't bothered by the fact he got turned into one. In fact, he apparently had better things to do. Like chase his own tail.

He's been at it for the past hour or so. IT. WON'T.

[Herp-a-derp derp. Here Kite, have a wandering Zelkova. He's not really paying attention to anything in particular, though he did pay his respects to that memorial. He bows to it every time he passes it. That's when his Cute Sense starts tingling. He notices a rather patchwork-looking cat chasing it's own tail. He walks over to investigate.]

Kite? Is that you?

[Kite stops chasing his tail for a moment to stare at Zelkova. His eyes are wide with excitement, like a little kid who had way too much candy.]

[master_zelkova]

[He'll see you a look of amazement, and return one right back at ya. Then a mischievous smile crosses his face. Guess what Kite? Zelkova is in the mind to chase something adorable!]

It's a Kite-Kitty!

[His posture chages to that of one expecting a chase.]

[Completely oblivious, Zelkova begins to chase. Why? Because he can, and because Kite is about ten kinds of adorable.]

However, the bell keeps giving away his movements. as if it isn't too hard to spot a patch-work kitty.]
