---- Residents ----

- Non-hostile group apparently had an ordeal a few weeks ago. Someone in their group decided to head back to the castle, so they were locked up. Minor rioting ensued but their leader remained in control. I don’t know any more than that ( Read more... )

Well, I'm more convinced Tony's leading a second life in that hostile group now.

Given Paradisa's fondness for doubles, it remains a possibility.

No, I mean it's actually Tony. Maybe when he's completely sloshed, he has inclinations towards word domination. So he just uses one of his teleport thingies and hangs around with the nutters, practising his evil laugh.

Think about it.

I can't say I'm too familiar with Tony.

....Okay, I don't remember anyone mentioning anything about a group of trigger happy hostile alcoholics before when I got the rundown of this place.

Then again I'm sure that's not important information at all, huh?

It's unimportant if you mean to stay within the castle's territory.

...I didn't even know there was territory!

The area beyond Paradisa is colloquially called the "Dead Zone" by residents and free people alike.

[Oh all things...ugh...]

How much alcohol would be a large quantity of it? [Big bottle of hooch, a keg, an entire shipment?]

I suppose it would depend on what you're looking for as a reward.

Well preferably not to be killed when out there...

I don't know if they intend to negotiate with castle residents, but it may be worth looking into.

I'm still rather new to the castle, so you'll forgive me for the questions.

What does the hostile group regard as a "sanctioned" wanderer versus "unsanctioned"? Will they still allow residents from the castle to explore or do we need to discuss it in negotiations?

Any castle resident is unsanctioned. To be sanctioned, you need to prove that you've abandoned the castle. I'm still unsure as to how they confirm any claims, but they seem very adept at it.

But castle residents have been able to explore outside for years. Why is the hostile group acting out now?

Until about a year and a half from now, they didn't feel threatened by the residents encroaching on their territory.
