Another year gone, and I am still here. The only one from Seireitei now, and I have to wonder... How does the castle choose who should stay and who should go? Is there a method to this, or is it truly all as random as it seems?

I am grateful for my time here, for the friends and even family I have made. But now I find myself torn between two duties, the one which waits for me at home and the one I have here to the few people who have come to rely on me.
I will do them both to the best of my ability, so that when I do leave here for my duties back at home I can do so with a clear conscience.
