[A little while after this incident, Kairi will be stumbling back into the room she is sharing with Riku and Sora. Her face is stained with tears, and she definitely looks a little worse for wear. Even if the other two are in there in the room at the moment, she barely registers them, making straight for her room, slamming the door, and throwing the lock.
If they're not, when Sora and Riku come back, they might hear her trying not to sob aloud as she buries her face in her pillow. Or if they knock on her door, she's not coming out.
At least not right away.]
