An older Japanese woman, her hair tied in an elegant bun, is also there: the two seem to be talking back and forth to one another, absorbed in conversation. ]

[Well. Shiki's been finding herself in a whole bunch of places she doesn't know, recently. And you'd think that practice would make this kind of thing easier. But, strangely enough, it doesn't. So Shiki's gonna find herself feeling awkward in another unfamiliar place, and is just gonna hang back for a bit. You know, survey her surroundings and stuff. Besides, that wall might collapse if she's not there to prop it up! That's totally why she's being a bit of a wallflower. Obviously. It has nothing to do with the fact that she knows no one, and she can't force a friendship by pacting with someone. No, nothing at all.]

[ Whatever you say, Shiki. That outfit in this place would definitely stand out amongst all the kimonos and other crap, so Yukiko comes on over after she's done with her current task. ]

Yeah, you... well, I don't know if you... I mean, I...

[Deep breath, Shiki. Those words and things you learned as a child. This would be a good time to use them.]

I came here from the castle, and I... don't really know where I am. I-I'm sorry if I'm intruding or something!!

Not at all. It's a public inn, after all. Were you looking to use the hot springs, or taking a room?

[Her eyes light up- that sounds lovely. Shiki looks down for a moment to look in her bag, but then looks up again sheepishly.]

Th-That sounds awesome, but... I don't think I have any money...

Oh? Well...usually we'd want you to have a room booked before you can access them. What was your name?

[ moving around behind da desssk ]

Oh- oops! I probably should have given that from the start, huh? I'm Shiki Misaki.

[She's just gonna follow her there, because lawl not knowing where she is.]

Misaki-san... [ tap tap, looking through the computer ] Ah, yes, here we are. It's under your parent's names, I presume.

[ Which she recites, along with the room number! Dream magic, you so convenient. ]

[Well, that was unexpected... but she's not one to turn something like that down! She smiles brightly at her, because yay having stuff.]

Oh! Yeah, I didn't realize that they'd already reserved the room, but that's them, alright! Cool~

Mhm. Shall I show you to your room, then?

[stalkershiki]

Sure, that'd be nice!

[fanassaults]

Very well. This way, please.

[ And she'll lead her down the hall, to one of those rooms pictured above! ] Your room is just through here, and the hot springs are further down the hall. There are booths to change in over there.

[Shiki's just gonna look around herself, and stare at the place. It's pretty nice, and our Miss Misaki is impressed.]

Wow... this is nice! Like, this inn... it's really pretty cool.

I can tell! There's nothing like this where I'm from... I live in Shibuya, so there might be a few tea shops that try to be traditional, but... it's mostly modern stuff, you know?

Well, I wouldn't, really...I haven't had the chance to leave my hometown very often.
