[ Boys like this kind of thing, right? A quick perusal of what an eleven-year-old might want at their party had revealed this awesome game- much like laser tag, except with hand-to-hand and melee (nerf, you violent-minded person) weapons as well, and expanding right up the ceiling in a couple of hastily-constructed stories to make for extra strategy.

The ULTIMATE LASER BATTLE ARENA takes up a good quarter of the room, everything inside utterly blacked out and full of obstacles. The perfect place for a friendly merciless beating competition! ]

[omigod this is... so cool... after a couple seconds spent staring in absolute awe, Carrie found a multi-round nerf gun, an excellent perch, and is currently playing the sniping game. DARE YOU WALK UNDER HER?]

[The first one biffs his hair and he drops like a rock, handspringing away in a zigzag pattern that Two-Face couldn't hit! He returns fire as he goes, a nerf boomerang in place of a batarang still aimed true, and for that second he catches a glimpse of his redheaded assailant.

[He won't be reaching real cover if Carrie can help it! But there're just a few too many many times when she has to stop firing to duck return fire. There's not a word outside the grin, but she there is a temporary ceasefire to start picking out a better angle and a route to get to it.]

Being one of the oldest/tallest/unfairly overly advantaged in the arena, Dick'll be out there helping the less able, probably forming an crack team of lolis, and taking a hit while diving to protect someone.
