[The thing about kender is that, whatever life throws at them, they're very good at adapting. And for a kender like Tas whose life has been spent both tracking and dodging people, his existence relies on instinct.

It takes him longer to realize, what with the new body and all the different things he needs to focus on. But, not too long after she finds him, Tas finds 7. And, without any concern over the matter, it becomes a game.
