I ended up with the Lux... sort of the same way.
Walked into it looking to borrow a pan, ended up with the deed and a set of keys. [not that the place is ever actually closed...]

Does this sort of thing happen often? I wasn't even in the market for running a business, let alone a bar that condones fighting. Why on earth would it leave me as the owner?
