Since it's Halloween and all, I've been wondering... Does everyone celebrate it and dress up and go out? What's it like?

[a pause, and then added rather sheepishly:]

I've never celebrated it like that, so I was curious.

What the church always does, have a feast and make us say prayers. It's rather boring.

But since you're here, are you going to dress up and go trick-or-treating? Some of the kids here are going to door to door in the castle.

[penancing]

Feasts aren't that special anymore when you have them a lot. Even if there wasn't a feast instead, we still wouldn't be allowed outside during Halloween anyway.

And I don't know. I don't really have a costume or anything.

Aw... I'm sorry, Colin. It was that strict?

There's still time! You could wish up a costume.

It's not that. It's just that it's Gotham. Going out during Halloween could be suicide.

I wouldn't know what to go as.

I think Pharos is going as a Super Sentai Ranger... you could go as the red one?

[penancing]

What's a Super Sentai Ranger?

[wornbright]

It's a very popular show back in my world. They're just regular people who are given these powers to transform into heroes. There's five rangers and each one has a different color.

[ pause ]

I think in America they made an English version of it but I'm not sure.

[penancing]

I only know the Rainbow Raiders - they came after the Rainbow Raider died - who are like that, but they're no heroes and there's definitely no show about them.

Hm... how about something you like? That's what most people dress up as. Firefighter, cowboy, ninja...?

[penancing]

[....pff the only thing he can think of is like Batman or another such hero and that would just be embarrassing when you actually know them.]

I don't know, Uru. Going around knocking on strangers' doors never seemed like a good idea to me.

[ yeah, she totally thought of batgirl and then realized how awkward that would be. especially since one halloween people BECAME their costumes. :x ]

It's not dangerous, I promise. It'll be right here in the castle and you can come with Minato-kun, Pharos and me! There's no way anything can happen if Minato-kun is around.

I don't know what Stephanie's doing but I think she got busy.
