[a curious look at this]

Someone's been hung? That doesn't sound good....

It's a game.

A game? How do you play? And if it's just a game why is it talking about hanging people? I mean, sometimes people really deserve it, but it doesn't seem like the kind of thing to play at.

You guess letters.

The hanged man isn't real.

Oh, that's good, because a real hanged man could be awfully unpleasant... not to mention I think the teachers might get mad. Well, except maybe for Mr. Reno, since he didn't seem to be that against violence, though he was just talking about shooting people in the feet and not actually killing them, so he'd probably be upset too.

....what are you guessing letters for? I can guess any letters?

That's what I put it here for.

T's popular. [Is this confusing for you yet, Tas?]

It is? I just picked it because it's part of my name. Is that why there's a lot of them?

[huh... what other letters were interesting?] How about Q? Is Q popular?

Reply

why_born September 13 2010, 21:12:11 UTC
Because T is in a lot of words.

No Q's.

[Look, Tas, there's now a single line on the page]

[how interesting]

So I want to pick popular letters? How do you know if a letter's in a lot of words? I mean, maybe letters are popular in some places and not in others. Kind of like kender are popular in some places, but sometimes people can be awfully judgmental just by looking at us, which I don't get because it seems like an awful lot of fuss over silly misunderstandings.

[might be best to remind him of the game]

You just have to pick one and hope for the best. Are you playing or not?

Oh. Right.

Uh... "R"

Great!

[Okay. That was T for Tas...R for Raistlin....ugh... this was hard without glasses. Wait. Wasn't there a letter that looked like glasses?]

Oh! How about a B?

No B's.

[The single line has another line drawn across the top of it.
