[he went on his little tour yesterday and now he's come to realize just who all went home. He's glad they're away from all of the chaos, but on the other hand he's hoping they missed out on at least some of the chaos of those few final days.]

The other Oliver Queen, as well as Mia, have returned home.

In a way, yes. They're from a world that's the same as mine, or at least close enough that the same people live there. Different circumstances, but still - the same.

I think so. I'm not overly familiar with the situations they had back home.
