[a scream of frustration - followed by a loud thud - can be heard over the journals, documenting Natsuki's attempt to get out of the ridiculously complicated renaissance style dress, tripping over a voluminous sleeve, and falling out into the hallway of the sixth floor through the (conveniently) ajar door.]

[manages to make her way over to the journal without killing herself - by hiking up all her skirts in an extremely unlady-like manner]

Yeah. It's just this dress. And of course the journal is open. [muttergrumble]

They're not too bad once you get used to them. Though I know what you mean. I wouldn't mind getting my jeans and boots back.

At this point, any sort of pants would be a godsend. Or even a skirt. [still stubbornly trying to pull off some of the more ostentatious accessories]

If it's really bothering you, I bet you could ask some of the guys if they have any spares. Someone has to have pants you can borrow.

[blink. Trying to think of any old movies she might have watched.] They didn't wear tights?

...I don't know? I think that was more a nobleman type... there's probably at least a few people with more durable clothes.

At least you can still fight in those damn mini-skirts. [oh Japanese school girl uniforms...]

[a small smile] Hopefully we won't be fighting much of anything while we're here.

It's better to be prepared, right? [what if a dragon shows up and starts demanding virgin sacrifices or something]

It is. Especially here. I'm just crossing my fingers that it'll be like LA, where we just get to experience a new world for a week.

And there were no strings attached?

It didn't seem like it. I think we were all waiting for... something... but it never came. We just lived and worked in the city... and then we were home. [still sad about that. She liked that world change]

Sounds a bit anticlimatic, even if it was good that nothing happened.

Not really. I mean, there was plenty happening. It was just... good.
