Yes, very. The amount of energy required to move that many people from one plane of existence to another always leaves some sort of remnant or backlash - flattened vegetation, scorch marks, some form of debris.

[he runs a hand through the undisturbed grass, watching it curl and wither before his eyes. it's almost as if, to him, it's dying at his touch. when he speaks again, it's quietly, through a set jaw]
