[out in the lobby, a little girl's sitting on the edge of a lounge chair, leaned forward over a table with scattered pencils, papers, dice of all shapes, her journal, and several version 3.5 "Prisons and Pegasi" books, one of which is open in front of her]
Awfully convenient magic system... MP makes more sense, really, but this is workable. Wizards even use stored spells, more or less.
I think I like the fighter class more, though...
[over the journal, there's some shuffling paper sounds as she flips through the Player's Handbook some more]
