Well, yes and no. It depends on the friend... as for the place itself, I still have the same mixed feelings.

... Actually, back home I've drifted a lot from my friends because I've been out in space for so long. It's not that I don't like them anymore, but I don't know them as well. That could be changed, as long as I got time with them.

But there's the people that I have strong feelings for. For instance, you. Nothing's really changed, there.

Did you adjust after a while? Was it the same as before?
