[see, this is why the castle doesn't need to give him children. he gets little moments like this, and he doesn't have to share them with anyone, or get flustered about waking up in anyone else's bed, or any of that. and she won't go away at the end of the week, either.
he'll carry her through the halls, carefully, looking for her room. when he sees it's like new and untouched - without a computer part or other sign of Edward-ness in sight ... he'll start toting her back up toward his floor. he'd rather she wake up somewhere familiar]
[once he's there, he'll set her down on his cot and tuck the blankets up over her. there. more comfortable, and safer. he won't lock her in, but he'll set his camera she gave him up near the door and take the remote with him, so he can see if anyone comes in. security in place, he heads back out to finish his rounds]
[some time later she wakes up. A little confused at first about where she is, then she looks around and sees a few of Rorschach's things that she recognizes. Smiling fondly, she fishes out her journal]
