[A few yards away from the camp's edge, Cass isn't taking much of a vacation. Going through a few patterns, she's seemingly oblivious to anyone approaching her.]

[Rin will stop to watch, anyway. Sigh, Cass makes it look so easy... how can she do it?]

[Years of training with a negligent/abusive father guy who shot at her. 8D

Anyway, she'll end a set and glance over at Rin.]

[Lifts a hand politely. Cass gets a smile with some real warmth in it.]

Is it distracting?

Slightly. [She's never one to beat around the bush. :>]

Guess it would be... I have a hard time thinking of you as self-concious. Huh.

I'm not. [Pause]

What's up?

Not much. [Shrug.] Just wandering around, seeing what everyone else was up to.

Man... watching you, it reminds me of watching the people back home who are good. Like, really good. [Shakes her head but with a smile.] It's amazing...

Down time.

[Cass is silent for a bit before looking Rin over and making a 'come hither' motion.] Come here.

[She splashes over.]

What's up?

[Here, Rin. Have a punch coming your way. It's easy to dodge, so don't worry too much.]

Eep!

[Flounders backwards, nearly falling onto her butt and scrambling for a moment to keep up. Actually, she's pretty quick on her feet, for all that the footing isn't great and that she's surprised.]

[It's now followed by a kick aimed to your side!]

[It lands, not as hard as it could be because Rin is already skittering away, but she grunts and puffs out a bit of breath. Doing her best to get some distance here, watching for an opening where she can maybe do... something.]

Keep moving. [Cass sure is. She pushes herself forward, landing on the leg that just made contact with Rin and closing the gap. Balancing on that foot, she swings around, aiming another kick at her friend.]
