City of Angels, yet I haven't seen a single one. In fact, I would call it more opposite and contradictory.

Bluegrass is a type of grass that grows there, it's not referring to the colour.

Most cities will have a historical society, or a section in the city hall or main public library that could be checked.

Usually angels are invisible to humans, and can only be seen by other angels or those with special abilities.
