... They were really nice. I'm not sure about greenhouses, but a lot of people keep gardens around the castle.

[ hoooly shit, it really is a magic journal. give her a moment to recall what that damn owl told her - something about voices recorded, transcribed, whatever? yeah, cool shit. let her feign surprise for a moment. ]

O-Oh!

I'm sorry; this is still a little startling, a-ahh.

It is a little overwhelming here when you first come, yes. People tend to get used to it after the first week, though. You'll be all right.

Their rooms? [...] I guess it's possible for people to have whole gardens inside their rooms, but lots of people just take care of the castle gardens and add their own flowers however they like.

They really did look nice. It's a shame you didn't come in time for them, but it'll probably look better than ever, come spring.

It's always been my favourite, back home.
I wonder if the climate is similar here?

The best place is by far the kitchen. I don't see why you'd want to waste all your time in a greenhouse anyway. [I'm good like that]

Ah, do you have a green thumb, miss? The gardens are very beautiful during the spring and summertime!

Really? I can't seem to get mine to grow like others can, but it's a nice hobby... You should start a garden of your own. Or even make a green house... I think the castle might help if you ask nicely.

Yes! The courtyard looks especially beautiful. Though it does have a certain charm to it covered in snow.

If I ask nicely? I don't think I understand..
But, um, if you ever need a bit of help growing anything, it.. it'd be my pleasure to see to it, ah..!
