[have a Lucy in the flesh, for once... she's out walking her Arcanine, which growls when it sees Ten]

[ He's just going to. Stop what he's doing and eye her pet. Because he doesn't really fancy being bit by it right then. ]

[it's okay, Ten, the Arcanine's just growling because he can tell his mistress doesn't like you. Lucy scratches him on the head to calm him, and then regards Ten's sculptures with an air of "my, you ARE a child"]

[ He just raises an eyebrow at her. HE'S A CHILD AT HEART, OKAY. ]

[queendramabitch]

[Lucy's unfazed by the eyebrow raise, though she is disappointed she can't say anything snarky to him. And she doesn't want to bother expending the energy trying to concentrate hard enough to send what she's thinking his way. Instead, she lets the Arcanine go sniff Ten's sculptures]

Careful...

[ He'll let the little thing check them out all he wants, but he'd rather keep them intact. ;_; ]

[queendramabitch]

[the Arcanine doesn't feel like eating snow sculptures, though he does want to play; after sniffing for a little bit, he runs back to Lucy and does a barrel roll in the snow, swishing his fat tail in it. Lucy smiles affectionately and reaches down to swat playfully at his paws]

[ He can't help but smile, then. For all of Lucy's psychoticness, it's a rather adorable sight. ]

[queendramabitch]

[yeah, the mun thought he might. Lucy loves her Arcanine and her two cats like they're her own children, and they might as well be, here. In the midst of swatting and batting of paws, she gives Ten another look, one that clearly asks wtf he's doing out in the show, making figurines out of it]

[ He just shrugs and gives her a look that says 'I was bored.' Because really, that and avoiding the ghosts is what prompted this. ]

[The ghosts haven't really been bothering Lucy, but then she doesn't notice them much anymore. They're just a part of the landscape now. Finally she sighs and shuts her eyes to concentrate, and thinks as clearly and forcefully as she can--]

Oughtn't you be out doing good deeds?

[he might hear it, he might not]

[ He's incredibly surprised by the fact that she's trying to talk to him telepathically. And he manages to catch the message, too. And that comment calls for a dry look. ]

I don't save the world every minute of every day, you know.

[queendramabitch]

[she can't quite hide the rather silly relief she feels at his speaking out loud, as she opens her eyes and fixes them on his face; she almost always needs to have a point to focus on when she does this. Lucy isn't a true telepath, but she did/does share a mental link with her husband. Telepaths are the only people she's been able to communicate with directly nearly the entire time she's been in Paradisa]

Oh really? ...you've got your fans fooled, then...

[ Ten's a little iffy on his whole telepathy thing ever since Donna and the meta-crisis. So really, he'd rather speak out loud and sort of wishes Lucy could to the same. ]

Anyone who's traveled with me knows that.

[queendramabitch]

[trust me, Lucy wishes with every breath that she could speak out loud, too. She gives him a look of wide-eyed innocence]

But I've never traveled with you, have I?...

No, you haven't. So I guess you'll just have to take my word for it.
