On Monday, Labor Day, my friend Jen and I drove up to the Green Mountains in Vermont.
After a few hours of getting lost we made it to Blueberry Hill Inn in Goshen, VT.
We were on an important mission...
To pluck as many of these as we could:
We ended up with quite a bit of loot. We would have had twice as many, but the temptation to eat as you picked was overwhelming!
Apparently they have some other interesting things up in Vermont.
Who knows what they do with that!
Afterwords we stopped off and had dinner at the Peavine. The owner, Brian, was our server and he was full of personality. The steak I had was the best one in a long time, and the overall environment was great.
Now I have to revisit New Hampshire and Maine. Ill be driving through NH and VT in October on the way to Montreal, QC, so I hope to see some awesome autumn leaves!
