(DAY TWENTY-ONE: Protecting your church.)
QUESTION TO CONSIDER:
What am I personally doing to protect unity in my church family right now?
--------------------------
Unfortunately, I am not active in my church family whatsoever at the time being, outside of attending services weekly. While I am there, however, I do find myself praying a great deal for the members of the church family as they share their prayer concerns and joys, struggles, or even when I see them crying at the alter. I have a great deal of sympathy towards this church family and feel like I am closely related to all of them, despite the fact that I don't even remembe any of their names, let alone only having met a small handful of members, mostly those who are friends with Aimee. At the time being, I believe God is calling me to be strong in that church family for those that cannot be, to be supportive for those that are struggling, and to pray for those who are suffering. Through the weight he has placed on my heart, I feel myself growing genuinely closer to the church family and every new face I meet.
