Thoughts of today.
I watched Céline's documentary I Am: Céline Dion last night (because the soccer match didn't get aired on free TV, I had some time). It was tough. It was beautiful. It was insightful. It was Céline. She showed herself so vulnerable ... What a brave thing to do. Those were heartbreaking scenes.
... and now I forgot the rest of my thoughts I had wanted to put down because my dad called unexpectedly and we talked for 2.5 hours. Gotta head off now, it's pretty much bedtime.
Ah, wait, I remember: I've been taking steps to probably request a Weekly Top 5 reaction. That is, I have a list. I've been watching those videos over and over again recently. I'm very sure I wouldn't make it through their new voting procedure (I still can't get over the fact that S Club 7 and Armenia and Lithuania 2024 got ignored in the livestream), so a donation it'll have to be. I thought about gifting it to myself for my birthday, but I kinda imagine that I won't be able to wait that long because the anticipation is getting worse and worse. So I checked out their donation page to get an idea of how it works. Today I also managed to fix my Google account to no longer show my RL name. Those are a few baby steps, and in a while I will probably be at the point where I can approach them.
