Slight, slight wording tweaks on the rules, as well as added some lj-cut HTML to both apps -- so hopefully there won't be any confusion as to how to use them. :D

I'll have to put actual monthly themes on hold... I'm not really feeling them and they could be better reserved for an actual holiday, like Valentine's. Anyway. To make actual stamped comments authentic, I've changed their layout starting here. Basically: A quote or lyric pertaining to the character of choice, whatever I'm in the mood for. I think this'll make people feel more... I dunno? Not just a statistic? Though this is what they end up becoming anyway.
