Our place is fairly big for a Japanese apartment--it's two rooms, a small kitchen, and an epic hallway. I couldn't tell you in square meters or anything like that, because they give all apartment sizes by the amount of tatami mats, and ours is about 21 mats, I think. The rent is 130,000 yen a month - feel free to convert that into whatever currency you feel most comfortable with. Of course, that's because it's a fifteen minute walk (at this time of year, in sweltering heat) to the train station. I can guarantee you that if we were next to the train station, the rent on this place would at least double. D'=
Wikipedia says one tatami is roughly 1.62m2, so 21 would be... 34m2? Our's is 55m2 and the rent (with water) is roughly ￥118,000 and ours is a bit on the expensive side of things. But then again, you're in Japan so that explains a lot :D
I'd say must be nice to have warm weather but enough is enough I think, so you're probably not that keen on having smoldering days one after another :D It's just above +20c here and I think that's just warm enough XD
He shouldn't really scare u with ugly shit like that >_< If he's gonna get a tattoo, better have a good one and not something like that o_O Hmm.. I shouldn't be talking about tattoos, I want to get more! :D And I don't remember if I ever commented on your tattoo, but I think it's gorgeous ^^
