That is a REALLY nice apartment. If you don't mind me asking how much is rent for it? It looks like it'd be pricey and here in the states you can't get something that nice w/o paying hefty for it. Lol
I don't mind at all ^^ The rent is 675€and 2x12€ for water, so that's €702 which is just a little over $1110. It's a little expensive since we got it from an agency, but it's so close to my school it's ok ^^ [noora]
I told you, it's expensive XD I wanted to get a place from this place called 'Nuorisosäätiö'. It rents places for people under 35 and their price per m2 is something like €11 (=$17) so if this this apartment would be theirs, it'd be like $985 >_< well, I guess we can pay the higher rent for a year and then look for a cheaper apartment :) How much are average apartments over the Big Sea anyway? [noora]
Depends on where you live. It seems that apartments over near Aizona are like $700 just for a studio and here in FL the ones I've been looking at for a family [meaning like 2-3 bedrooms lol] are anywhere from $545-$900 some odd bucks. >.> [and that's in the Orlando area.] If you go toward MIami I'm sure they shoot up like crazy since it's mostly beach front property >.>" Idk why someone would that anyway--FL gets hit with just about every damn hurricane in the world...>.> lol
Seems that the rent is around the same there. At least if you compare it to prices around the capital area in here :D In Rovaniemi, we pay €490 for 49m2, it's kinda cheap I think, but then again, this is in the middle of nowhere so who would want to pay sky-high rent here? :D [noora]
