or, to be more precise, a tattoo artist who happens to also be a coworker of ancatsidhe's came to our apartment to give ancatsidhe her first tattoo, which is a reproduction of the lovely ink-drawn (sumi-e) crane on her Karate certificate (KuKyu grade attainment). the significance of this certificate is not in the rank that was achieved but in her Sensei's acknowledgment of her dedication, as she is a ranked black-belt in Tai Kwon Do (a Korean as opposed to Japanese art.)
