so i ordered something from despair.com (only the best site online) during their "blackout" sale and accidentally screwed up my order. so i emailed them and politely and professionally asked them to fix it. this was the response i got.

"Hello Prisca,

We received your plea for order revisions, and though we normally don't
respond well to such pathetic displays of helplessness, the necessary
alterations have been made.
Make no mistake though, this was a one-time exercise in fast and efficient customer service done merely for the amusement of our agents. Any further requests will be dealt with in customary
Depsair fashion..."
