lots of whoops
I'm currently in mom's hotel room with Odi's computer. I figured I'll update since I just realized that Odi's laptop doesn't have a CD drive installed, and I forgot to mentioned that I'm using it to watch a DVD of Alex's vacation :( mom came by to drop off the luggage she's lending me for the HK trip, as well as some Chinese books I've requested.
moving sucks. Odi originally planned on leaving early morning yesterday, but we didn't finish packing and cleaning in time. we ended up leaving SB at around 6, then got to Hayward at around 11:30 with a gas/McD break, a reststop "I need to stop my leg is going numb" breat, and a "we're almost there but we need a tad more gas" break. I was pretty darn tired by the time I got there, so we did the unloading today.
I almost tossed out my Masters degree diploma :( I was packing in the living room, and I was going through all the stuff on the floor and tossing anything we don't need. I saw this large mailing envelope, and I decided to check for any contents. boy, am I glad I did :D
alright, time for bed... I haven't slept well the past couple of nights :( then tomorrow night we head for the airport, and hopefully my next update will be in HK :)
