Yes, Barely
So this past weekend I made 6 batches of marshmallows and sent them out to various people. Crazy? Yes, but I got to try out a bunch of different flavor combos and have guinea pigs to finish them for me. About 8 lbs of sugar later, I think it'll be a while before I take on a project like this again... maybe Christmas? ;)
I finally broke down and bought a basal thermometer, and with it I ordered a few kitchen tools. Dear post-person: PLEASE ring the damn doorbell before leaving the package at my front door! I hate finding out that a package is delivered when I check the tracking online. Maybe I'll cheer myself up and bake some snickerdoodles. I really don't need any more butter in my life though...

Mom will be here this weekend, as well as Curby and his girlie. They are now engaged and plans on getting married next year in Hawaii! This is going to be fun :D
