1. Seth is close to 1000 years old and has spent over 800 of those years ruling over a few million Methuselah. They call her the 'Great Mother,' and she does indeed view them as her 'children.' She has spent pretty much all of those 800 years not revealing her identity, using face veils and a device that gives her an artificial voice. For this reason, many believe her to be nothing but a puppet ruler.
2. Seth has moonlighted as a common vendor/student/soldier for minimum 300 years. She manages this by having Mirka Fortuna act as her body double. Presumably, before Mirka, there were others.
3. In the war between Returners and Terrans, Cain, Abel and Seth all sided with the Returners and were extremely popular. Cain betrayed Lilith. Seth and Abel shoved him out of a shuttle, burning his body to ash. Abel then took off for nine hundred years, but Seth remained with the Returners, although she eventually lost her animosity towards Terrans and built her Empire towards a sort of peace.
4. Seth is originally Canadian -- she was created from Lilith Sahl's genes and born ten years after Cain and Abel, in Quebec. Her personal chambers are modeled after 'lush, pre-Armageddon Canadian forest.' Certain birds, bugs and animals extinct in other parts of the world thrive within imperial grounds and gardens. She's very good at handling them and genuinely loves her some wildlife.
5. Seth knows a great deal about the physiology of both Terrans and Methuselah (not canon.)
6. Crusnik 03's wings are insectile. There are six of them.
7. Seth redesigned the imperial outfits to be open in the back because she got sick of ruining clothes every time someone tried to assasinate her. (Not canon, but totally could be. )8)
8. Seth can use a gun! She likes long knives better. She's also ambidextrous and can pick locks. She's not the technological whiz that Abel is, but she's good. Better with politics, though.
9. Seth loved her siblings and her 'mother.' She also used to be afraid of Abel. In the anime she was scared of Abel AND Cain, but I ... disregard the anime.
10. All three siblings' names are a variation of 'Night Lords.' Cain's is 'Knightlord,' Abel's is 'Nightroad,' and Seth's is apparently just 'Nightlord.' Uh, whoops?
11. Seth is straight! Seth is also a virgin and does not have any real urge to change that. She recieved the Crusnik nanomachines when she was just starting to hit puberty, looks like.

13. Seth has not worn long pants for a couple of centuries now. :D;

15. Seth's self-preservation instinct is a lot lower than a normal person's. She's careful not to blow cover, but physically she's prone to taking on a higher degree of danger in order to get done whatever needs to be done.
16. Seth is both a natural mimic and an extremely good judge of people's comfort zones. If she talks to someone with a very strong individual voice she may begin to start talking a little like them, but she's aware of when she does it. She also picks up physical cues and likes to make people react! But not to danger point.
