we bought 15 pounds of flour (10 pounds unbleached white, 5 pounds whole wheat), to supplement our usual supply, for the Easter tea party we had a month ago. that should have been way too much, but I checked Thursday and we're actually almost out, so I'm going to have to buy more for this weekend's vegan tea party. we've gone through 25 pounds of flour in six weeks (our usual supply is 5 pounds of each); I'm both amused and horrified.
