(no subject)
Lydia was a terror last night. She woke up at 8:30 after going down at 7, but the way she was crying I knew she had had a bad dream so I went in there and she was sitting up with her arms outstretched and her face wet from tears. I got her back to sleep quick enough and I'll be damned if she didnt wake up again at 10:30. This time she was just awake awake and again, sitting up when I went in there. So I went ahead and fed her and got her back to sleep. at 12:40 she woke up again! And then AGAIN at 2:30!!! Each time I went in she was there, sitting up, waiting on me to come and get her. *sigh* She was back asleep by 3 and slept till 6 but I tell you, it doesnt do anything for me not to get a good nights sleep when I feel like crudders.
And then this morning she was awake for 5 1/2 hours before finally lying down to take a nap, but only after having a complete meltdown first. Shes been asleep for an hour and a half now and I hope she sleeps another hour and half like she did yesterday. I need the rest. I thought yesterday, that I was getting better, as I felt much better than I had on Tuesday but by last night I felt like shit again, and when Lydia wasnt waking me up my stuffy nose was. I took some Tylenol cold today, and I would love to just take some Nyquil and sleep but thats not going to happen.
Anyhow. We went to Wallies yesterday and I got some VDay goodies. I got Jeff a frog that dances and sings "I Think I Love You", and for Lydia and Jason I got these cute little monsters that sing "Phenomenon" and dance. I got Lydia a purple one and Jase a red one. Lydia loves it, I already gave her hers, and she just giggles ald laughs whenever I press his foot and he starts to wiggle. We also went by the post office and dropped off the books.
And now *sigh*, shes awake. I must go and be mommy again now...
