(no subject)
I took Lydia to Bays Mnt today with Jen and Kenzie. The girls had a blast, and Lydia got licked by a wild deer while I jumped on a woman for feeding the deer bbq chips. WTF? The deer seemed to find Lydia quite tasty too, as she went back for seconds. We sat down at one point and I said "Lets go eat, ladies" and Lydia quipped "Ok, I'll eat ladies!" and jumped up to go eat some ladies. Lots of laughs. Pics to come.
Day 4 of being boobie free and I am terribly sore. Does anyone have some tips/tricks/remedies for easing the fire like pain circling my breasts? Despite the fact that I have only nursed her on one side for 6 months, and that for two of those months it was only once a day, and for the past month its only been about 3 minutes if that, I swear I could probably pick back up and nurse at least a 6 month old. I can still get what looks like colostrum out of the right one and the left one will shoot milk like a cannon. There should not be that much milk in there! Maybe once my period starts it will help dry things up *sigh*. It seems I was made to be a milk machine. Too bad no more babies will be getting any milk from me!
