So Many Things
Where has the time gone? Ha. Tuesday we took Allie home and my mom watched Lydia while My sisters and I went out for a bit. On the way home Lydia cried in the car for Allie. She kept saying "My Allie, whe's my Allie?" and now whenever we get in the car she asks to go to Gamma's house. If only they didnt live so far away!
The fourth was nice. We had a good day-and a great nap-and it was just overall pretty peaceful. We grilled veggies and shrimp on Jeffs fathers day present-the grill. Jeff and Lydia had veggie burgers too. She was in bed at her regular time and I was fast asleep by 10 ish.
And today has been busy. We went and got a new house for Wilbur and a new, larger fish tank for Goldie and Cracker. I've already set up the tank-whoo hoo fun! We also got Lydia a Cars rug/playmat and some more cars for her to play with them. I got her down for a nap and when she gets up I will feed her and then we have to go get Jeff and go to my grandfathers house.
I just feel like I have been so busy lately. Its crazy. Some other news, the nap time weaning is going well. We transition from boob to leg rubs and she's starting to accept that now with minimal fuss. In fact yesterdays nap was2 1/2 hours long, so thats good. She loves to count right now, she counts everything that can be counted, its cute. She can get as far as 12, and when counting objects she gets to around 6 before she putters out. She is eating CONSTANTLY. She wakes up in the morning and screams for food and then asks for it all day long. I think she is going through a growth spurt? I've just never seen her eat this much!
