...because sexism is still confused with nature as racism once was; because anything that affects males is seen as more serious than anything that affects “only” the female half of the human race...

while i didn't vote for hillary this time around, i have to agree wholeheartedly with this gloria steinem op-ed.

this was also my exact thought as to why hillary won't get elected (besides, you know, the fact that she's a clinton):
