[The screen begins feeding video, a happy little face the subject.]

"Brii! Togebrii!"

[Whoever this is, they seem quite pleased with the Pokegear. And then the video flips off. After a few moments, it's broadcasting again, same Pokemon, same happy squeals. And then off. And then on

[At the mention of Violet, he opens his map and glances it over before folding it up and putting it back in his pocket.]

That's quite a bit farther than you were last time we spoke. You all made it there okay, right?

[By "you all" he is of course referring to her Pokemon as well. Their well-being is just as important!]

[He thinks on her first statement a moment, deciding to answer the second meanwhile.]

As for a name, you're free to call me whatever is most comfortable for you.

[At the mention of her having once fought them, he frowns slightly. He most certainly doesn't want to become associated with something that might not be the most pleasant for her to dwell on.

Though when she states it would be alright, his expression lightens and he nods.]

If it's alright with you, than it's fine with me.

[As if wanting to give his input, the Togepi chirps happily, seemingly in agreement.]

And if he likes it too, I guess I really can't argue, can I?

Not yet, no.

[He looks over at the egg shaped Pokemon in thought. Watching him as he waves happily at the screen (presumably to Rei), looks around at various things that catches his interest, and generally be pretty easy to distract and pretty much happy non stop. Everything makes him happy.

...Hanna sounds like a fitting name.

[And he waves just as enthusiastically back. He just loves making new friends!]

Reasoning? Hm.

[How best to explain this?]

He reminds me a lot of my friend by the same name. Interested in just about everything, always wanting to investigate when given the chance, happy about...pretty much everything, even when worried he can crack a smile.

[Raphael played with Hanna's little arms a bit, smiling a little at the glee it brought about.]

Of course he enjoys making new friends with anything.

I realize I just met him, but even that was similar to when I first met the real Hanna.

[Realizing he was probably rambling, he looked back at the screen.]

That would be why.

Also, who is this new Pokemon of yours? He looks a lot like Tau.

[He glanced over at Hanna and tried to imagine for a moment what he might evolve into.

...would he...just be a bigger egg?]

[He will. And he will smile in return, because he has by now guessed from the lack of smiles that she has offered that they are once in a lifetime moments!]

That's good to hear.

[He would inquire more on the fighting later. Perhaps that would be a good conversation to save for if they ever met in person.

Hanna nearly fell off his shoulder reaching for the Pokegear, and once steadied the man sighed and held it up to him.]

[And there the screen goes. Off and on and off and on. After the fifth off, Raphael was back on screen, keeping the Pokemon preoccupied with his finger once again.]

I need to find something that has a blinking light.
