Today's To Do
Muslin 3 of 3 is due Wednesday. I need to go pick up supplies and start that. I also have next to no food, so I think it is a good idea if I get some.
Trip 1: Queen St. W. (Completed, satifactorily, not perfectly)
Check-random knit for muslin
Check-separable zipper
-stuff for vest sample (twill lining, some other fabric that matches)
Check-tricot fusing
Check-red double-knit from downtown for final
Check-pick a contrast
-twill for pants from King
(Possibly?)-a light-medium weight jersey to figure out my dress shirt, + a similar weight cheap fabric to do a second muslin
-pick a lining, get a sample
LUNCH, make list.
Trip 2: Groceries
Nearly everything that doesn't come in can form-- No Frills.
Upon return:
-Tidy
-Take out Garbage/ Recycling
-Dishes
-Do pattern draft
-Make piping for corsetry
It is nice that for some reason this semester it doesn't seem as difficult to draft, cut, and sew up (in muslin form) a garment in a week or less.
Hm. I keep forgetting that I also have a midterm on Wednesday. I wonder if I should acquire and read the text book.
