Well it's like $13,000 CAD per year for tuition for American students. For me, a Canadian citizen, it's $4,600 until I get Quebec residency which they're saying will happen in the next semester- then it drops to $1,600. McGill is 24th in the world, 12th in North America, 1st in Canada. That's EXTREMELY cheap. Even the international tuition. Total I'm paying with all expenses and moving in should be $20,000 CAD or so for the first year. I've really hooked up my dorm room, so it might come out to like $25,000 CAD+. I didn't qualify for financial aid, but if you do- that's even less. The only thing is that McGill rarely gives scholarship because you have to be in the top 5% of your graduating class to qualify and then apply, so that rules me out immediately. Some people get it, and then get nice perks too.

The Canadian Dollar is $1= .88 USD, so that's even less in American.

Go to www.mcgill.ca for more information, and well- it's a gorgeous campus so you can look at awesome pictures too. It's avant garde mixed with historical- the university was founded in 1821. The alumni is crazy, and a founder of the Johns Hopkins Medical School and the (I believe current) Dean of the Harvard Medical School both went to McGill. I think Diana wants to go into Medicine, so yeah- that faculty is top notch in the world.

Wikipedia is a good place for info.
