The end of my vacation
I see I haven't posted in over a week!
Had a 5 day vacation and tomorrow it's back to work.
I had a nice time these past 5 days, though!
On Thursday (the start of the vacation) we went to Sam Sato's for breakfast & then went to Home Depot for something to fix the toilet with. I don't really remember what we did after that. Hmm...oh yeah, we went to Costco (Jeff bought his mom a laptop I bought bluetooth headphones) and we saw an awesome sectional. So on Thursday late afternoon, Jeff decided that we should clean up his place so we could get that couch in.
It took a lot of work, cleaning everything out of the living room, taking his old couch and chair to the garbage dump, and 3 trips to and from Costco. Not to mention the getting into the elevator, getting it in the door, and then finding just the right configuration for his space.
But in the end, it was so worth it! It is so beautiful and comfy!
The rest of the weekend went by quickly. Jeff went fishing off the kayak on Sat., so I went home, Scrambled W/Friends all morning (still madly obsessed) & then I went shopping. I searched for storage solution stuff at Walmart, Kmart, Lowes...tiring but I think I made some good choices.
I finished watching my very first Korean Drama..."My Lovely Sam-Soon"...it was good! It's not anything I'd ever think I'd like to watch, but the eye-candy factor kinda makes it more fun! Haha. So now I'm watching "Autumn In My Heart", which Gene-Rey highly recommended. So far, not impressed with the story, but one of the actors is cute! Haha, I pin all of them on Pinterest, I'm stalkerish like that!
Dreading going to work tomorrow, I'm sure lots of hell has broken loose while I've been gone. Oh well. I actually have a load of paperwork to do, so my plan is to stay out of the dept. all day. Next week is inventory, so I'm out real soon.
Time to look for the lyrics for the day!
