Other than that one brief gloaty post about Regina (yay!), I haven’t updated in nearly a month. Don’t worry, this isn’t an attempt to catch you up on every little detail of my life. This is a chance to say that today I have caught up on all of your posts through at least mid-end September (Livejournal was hesitant to let me load more and I didn’t feel like screwing around) and that I’ll try to keep more current, though as most of you now probably follow me on both Facebook and Twitter (@paperclippe, in case you don’t), you probably don’t need an extensive update anyway.
Which brings me to point number two. I’m going to try to avoid updates involving ‘TODAY I DID THIS’ unless they involve ‘WHICH MADE ME THINK ABOUT THIS’, so be prepared for more book/movie/album reviews, notes on the music and literature I’m working on (especially with Nanowrimo coming up), and of course, shameless plugs, since I’m trying really really hard to at least start knitting again, and since the last thing in the world I need is another scarf, I’m probably gonna start sellin’ ‘em off, along with all the jewelry, paintings, and other sundry articles of clothing I’ve been working on.
Which brings me to point number three: I’m working slowly but surely on getting paperclippe.com up. I can’t embed Livejournal directly on it unless I pay for Livejournal, and with Chris still out of work, that probably won’t happen until we move out in December (even if he got a job today, it would take a while for my savings to get back on track).
So I guess my point, overall, is this: don’t worry. I’m still keeping up with you. I value your posts very much. I will continue to update, but more s0 in a journal or scrapbook format than a diary one, and when paperclippe.com is up, I’ll probably be focusing most of my blog-related efforts on that.
Love you all, hope you’re doing well, and let’s go Pens!
update,
blogging
