Holmes is thinking about this, Watson realises; he is thinking through his every move, intently figuring out exactly what Watson wants. Passion has vanished; in its place is something almost clinical, detached.

I am so happy that this is in here, because I was just thinking about it the other day, along the lines of: he would, and it has the potential to be desperately unnerving for his partner.

I look forward to the continuation. :)

It was sort of the first thing that occured to me when I started thinking I might want to write H/W slash, and I was just going to write a reallyreally angsty drabble about it, and then... this happened.

I think my heart actually palpitated at bits here and there. I got vicious secondhand humiliation when Watson did, and the attenuation of tension is incredible. Can't wait for the conclusion!
