I've only read this through once, and I think it'll be even better the second, third, fourth, and twentieth time I read it, but gosh, this is gorgeous. I love the pairing anyway, and you capture everything about the characters that I adore. Especially Gwen. She is complicated.

They're just so quietly and simply respectful of one another, and you write their growing relationship amazingly, while keeping everyone else in character too - Morgana and Arthur's bickering, Merlin's incredible sweetness.

Oh this was just wonderful. Really beautifully woven together. I love the way that each passage felt like a finite thing in itself, and yet still managed to work together to create the larger story. You handled all the characters so well, and very believably! :)

I love you SO HARD for writing this. You have all the characters spot on, right down to Gwen's quiet strength and Merlin's oblivious cluelessness:) It's also sort of what's happening in the series, where Arthur and Gwen are slowly noticing they occupy the same universe and reacting to one another...

The show provides too many ships, because it's so very generous like that! :D
