Who thought myspace was a good idea? Me, I guess!
I have joined the ranks of myspace and I don't really know why.
It was on a whim that I decided to check it out. Just to see what it was all about. I've known that some of my old friends were on the site, but I'd never really been tempted to be a part of it until recently. I guess the breakup is making me do some weird things. Though, is still technically a 'breakup' when you're opting to tell yourself that it never really existed outside of your imagination?
I've found a few old friends on the site, which is nice, even though I kinda like my somewhat hermit-like existence these days. It's so weird to see how everyone I've known has changed in the last few years. People have gotten married and had babies. They've gotten divorced. They've gained weight. Lost weight. And yet here I am, seemingly still the same, just a lot more jaded and with an empty space that makes me wonder just what it is that I'm really missing from my life and what's so wrong with me that I can't seem to find it.
