That happened to me. Had to delete it, go to therapy and a nutritionist.

And gained 10 lbs.

That happened to me, too. It definitely sucks. So awkward for months. She sent me to a psychiatrist and dietician, the whole works. Which was beneficial considering I was bulimic, but, gahd... awful.

fortunately my parents are quasi hippie enough to believe that any psychiatric care would result in me being medicated (=evil) so yeah haha.
although sometimes i do wish they'd at least let me seek professional help.
